Our Directors
DR. ELENA NIKI KARLETIDI
Elena is a Director of ENAH Services Ltd in Cyprus, specialising in consulting, regulatory compliance, auditing and training in the financial sector. She also teaches law at the University of Cyprus, Law School, and at the Open University of Cyprus, Law School.

She is a business lawyer, with over 15 years of experience in legal, compliance, and risk management. She specialises in Commercial Law, Company Law, Banking Law, Contract Law, Investment Law, and Consumer Protection Law. A graduate of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School (LL.B.), she is a qualified Lawyer both in Greece and Cyprus Bar Associations, and holds an LLM in International Commercial Law and a PhD in Law.​
Her doctoral thesis, ‘Legal Relations in Crowdfunding in Cyprus: Legal Issues and Challenges in the Digital Age,’ provides an innovative and groundbreaking legal analysis of the legal framework for Crowdfunding in EU and Cyprus, published as a practical legal guide with Nomiki Bibliothiki.

Since 2010 she has acted as an advocate in Athens, representing clients in complex court litigations, covering the whole range of civil, commercial and corporate cases. For about 10 years, she served as a Legal Advisor at credit institutions in Cyprus, advising on a wide range of legal matters. For almost 5 years she held the position of the Assistant Manager Regulatory Compliance at a systemic bank in Cyprus, advising in the wide legislative framework of regulatory compliance.

Elena is a professional member (MiCA) of the International Compliance Association (ICA), a Founding Member and General Secretary – Board Member of the Cyprus Compliance Association (CCA) as well as Board Member of Cyprus Integrity Forum. She is also a certified mediator and a member of the Cyprus Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Elena guides teams through legal and regulatory landscapes, simplifying complexities and leading success in the financial sector. Fluent in Greek, English, and French, she brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience when delivering specialised practical training and advice.
ANTONIS HADJICOSTAS
Antonis is a Director of ENAH Services Ltd in Cyprus, which specializes in consulting, regulatory compliance, auditing and training in the financial sector.

As of April 2024, Antonis is a Founding Member and Vice-Chairperson of the Cyprus Compliance Association (CCA) Board of Directors. Also, since June 2025, Antonis is Board Member of Cyprus Integrity Forum.

Antonis is a passionate and highly experienced professional, who brings over 15 years of practical experience in the areas of banking, investment, and insurance services industry, both regulatory compliance and internal audit.
His expertise covers among others, Credit Granting and Arrears Management frameworks, Payment Systems, MiFID II, Market Abuse, SFTR, CSDR, CESOP, EMIR, FATCA/CRS, DAC6, Solvency II, Insurance Distribution (IDD), ESG, and more.​​​
Antonis began his career at HSBC Greece in 2007, before transitioning to PwC Cyprus in 2010. During his time at PwC, he became a qualified Chartered Accountant of the ICAEW and successfully managed a significant portfolio of clients in the financial and insurance sectors, both locally and internationally, holding the position of Senior Manager. From 2019 onwards, Antonis led the Audit & Quality Assurance Unit and later the Regulatory Compliance Unit at a systemic financial institution in Cyprus, also serving as Interim Chief Compliance Officer for a period of time.

Antonis holds a BSc and an MSc from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Mathematics, Statistics, and Operational Research. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a member of ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus), a professional member of Mediators on Commercial Disputes (Ministry of Justice), as well as professional member (MiCA) of the International Compliance Association (ICA).

Antonis also specialises in designing training programs to meet individual learning styles while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. His extensive experience in regulatory compliance, engagement with regulators and industry experts, and adaptability in training methods distinguish him in the field.​
